+ 2 Discovering My Estradiol Levels
I recently had blood work done to figure up my estradiol level so that I can dial in on it with an Ai. But since I have it I might as well post it on behalf of my test level attributed to a good to go test P batch.
So my test base for this 12 week cycle was/is Parapharma test prop 100, .75 mg ed ; Parapharma primo, 600 mg a week; and these final 5 weeks Ultima Winstrol injectable, 50 mg ed. Oh, and clenbuterol with yohimbine, 2weeks on an 2weeks off during cycle.
So I’ve also went from .5 mg Adex e3d’s to , after bloodwork, .5 eod which seems to make the difference by way of my mood and energy increase ( lethargy now absent).
But the point of this post is to show test levels for Parapharma test prop 100. After the first pin I was impressed by the frequency of erectons and increase in libido. This stuff I attest is fire. Makes me feel in my 20’s again.

Definitely looks like some well dosed test p. Sounds like you got your estro dialed in now.
I’m still feeling a lil discomfort on my left nipple area , and there’s this tiny hard lump behind the nipple. SMH
I would get on some raloxifine or Nolva
I’ve actually got a bottle of Nolvadex, so I may look into it a Lil more. I was concerned about losing gains, but I think I’d rather spare myself the gyno. So , yeah, I may have to give that route a try.

This is my 2nd cycle, but I’ve been consistently in the gym since early last year. I’m trying to pack on more ,as much as my genetics allow while in my 40’s. We only live once , they say.
