I aim for 3x’s weekly either 30 minutes on an elliptical or stairstepper using high intensity interval training. I dred the first 10 minutes but after that I get in the zone and just go. It’s a bit meditative, I feel.
However, I’ve only recently added cardio about two mos ago and I have to admit, I’m not as consistent with it as I’d like to be.
