+ 4 90 day npp and test E cycle

ad

B4 and after. No dramatic change but overall sense of wellbeing was way up. I did nothing for abs but I will start training my core while cruising and by the end of my next blast I should have a decent chisel.
50 mgs npp pinned daily (6 days a week) = 300 mgs weekly
200 mgs 2X’s weekly test e =400 mgs weekly.
10 mgs Cialis pre workout
Went from 235 lbs to 250lbs within 90 days.
Meals didn’t count macros but 5 meals daily, inconsistently. My protein intake wasn’t 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight but I did my best on my budget.

Great improvement bro

SamMed's picture

Hey bro I appreciate it. I’ve done a cycle once where I went from 225 to 277 in a matter of 3 months. Lots of water weight, sure, but I hit some hellafied pr’s and my couldn’t fit my larger clothes anymore and I everywhere I went ppl were commenting and asking exercise- related questions or simply staring. Lol. It’s something I was used to when younger but that particular cycle I’m referencing hit different and it was deca 500 , test e 600, with 20 mg dbol daily last 5 weeks.

Npp is a fun cycle. Great improvements!

SamMed's picture

It really can be! I love it. I’ll get back to it but not for my next cycle. I think I’ll let my androgen receptors recharge so when I blast again I can really get the most out of it. In the meantime though, I think I’ll cruise on a trt dose of test e and some mk-677 along with some sarms (haven’t decided yet which sarms but leaning towards lgd 4033 the injectable).

I like mast in the mix. Lil drier and just like masts effects.

SamMed's picture

The mast i didn’t mind but my mood was difficult to control soon after I pinned. I gotta get my emotions in check (and my body fat reduced sum) b4 I get back on the mast. Lol

Not how receptors work but enjoy! The more gear you use the more dense they become, myth debunked by science many years ago. You will not get the most but giving them time to "recharge" , just some friendly advice from your friendly neighborhood spiderman.

SamMed's picture

I would ask you to site your sources so I could see that for myself but since you’re Spider-Man I’ll just go for it. Thanks friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. :0 Smile

Androgen increases androgen receptors by binding directly to the receptor, causing a conformational change that allows it to translocate to the nucleus where it binds to DNA and triggers the transcription of more androgen receptor genes, essentially creating a "positive feedback loop" where the presence of androgen leads to the production of more androgen receptors within the cell; this process is known as "autoinduction" of the androgen receptor.

SamMed's picture

This may really register with me once I understand how not wearing down my androgen receptors could be beneficial for future cycles therefore giving them a break so that my next blast doesn’t seem to need a significant increase in dosages and for my body to respond as well as past cycles.
Idk, but thanks for the link. When I get sum time on my hands I will check it out more thoroughly. Smile

You're a big guy, lots of muscle . Doubt that would happen easy with you, but genetics plays a roll in it. It is very true though, as you take more you will need more, but I just use blood work to let me know when I have had enough.
You are very welcome.

I’m just trying to stretch this fun run like most others. Plus 1 bro

That heavy tan you have in the second picture mate - Is that a result of being in the sun or do you use MT2?

Both. M2 and maybe twice a week tanning booth and then I walk along the beach in this sunny state that I live in. But I rely mostly on M2.

HAHA I have my suspicions...

SamMed's picture

Oh, yes. I laid off the training for about 4 or 5 months dropping from 275 lbs jacked. Through those months of not training I was living a very unhealthy lifestyle and at times didn’t eat for days but when I slept I would not get out of bed a few days except to shower and when I was able/could eat I devoured meals. I’m back to living healthier now tho. It all began when I cold turkeyed my testosterone cruise , blasting and cruising for over a yr then no pct can really affect a person psychologically and physically. I had no energy and turned to substances that picked me up some so that might not be what happens to all but it’s safe to say it’s best to follow protocol and not play with our hormones. We gotta educate ourselves if we want this lifestyle of ours to work.

I imagine that made you feel truly horrific - what was the reason for why you didn't just do a TRT run or PCT? Were you just feeling so pissed off about your bicep that you felt like giving up on things?

In a promo × 1
SamMed's picture

No, just shifted to living an unhealthy and risky lifestyle hanging out with ppl who definitely weren’t like-minded so i totally bypassed the pct
due to distraction and not prioritizing important matters such as following safe protocols.

I had distal bicep tear surgery. lol.

jdiesel's picture

Man I had that too. My surgery took forever because insurance didn’t want to cover so I went months waiting which built up a lot of scar tissue. That was back in 2019. Glad I’m past that but still get worried my other arm will do the same. The Dr blames it on anabolic use. Anyways looking good bro keep it up +1

SamMed's picture

I waited too long, too, so now my biceps are asymmetrical. I hate it everytime I see it in the mirror lol . At the time of the injury I was on test prop ,clen, masterone, var AND winny. Lol. I was experimenting combining those compounds and then get injured OUTSIDE the gym not even working out. Lol.
Alright, bro, thanks for the encouragement and the +1

Yeah man same thing. Mine was at work and I picked up something that was 20lbs then pop. My biceps are the same it’s so noticeable to me but others at the gym don’t until I point it out and show my scars. Im hoping between HGH and BPC I run it won’t happen to my other arm! I’d love to get a scan just to see how my other bicep tendon is holding up just for peace of mind!

SamMed's picture

No i understand. Mine was from an altercation but i didn’t notice it until after the conflict and i was in barber school at the time as well so i didnt wanna go thru with the surgery so when I finally did, they used an Achilles tendon from a cadaver btw, my biceps still looked like a cosmetic deformity, still does but most don’t notice it until I point it out . The surgical scars look crucial too. Since then I haven’t touched a “drying” compound and since my body fat is still kinda high I don’t even have the need for anything that dries out. I think a long time ago we were on this site and u made mention of your bicep tear. I could be wrong tho.

press1's picture

It sounds like you were probably in quite a dry state, I have a bicep that has ridden up from the elbow but luckily it didn't come fully off. I was pretty gutted at the time but as I don't do any bodybuilding stuff it didn't affect me that much, took a few weeks for bench to rebalance though as it threw everything out lol

SamMed's picture

Well, you were at least brave enough to get back under that bar as soon as you did. And the tear didn’t hurt me at all ; it’s just the surgery was a mind screw. Then jumping back in the gym ,not ego lifting but, regular lifts I could barely achieve for months so I felt like a beginner when exercising anything incorporating biceps, which was almost an embarrassment. Now , over 6 months post surgery, I can do a little something except my bicep curls are NOT the same.
Alright, mate , have an awesome day!
