Female Bodybuilding Schedule(offseason program)

Ladies and Ladies......LOL. Here we will discuss the compounds for great results with little to no sides!
So, let's start with your basic lady cycle you all know it......

Begginer Cycle:
Anavar- 5mg a day for 12 weeks
This is a good start just to asses how your body takes to a new hormone just like men do with a test base 12 week cycle so should a female with a safe compound like Anavar.

Moderate Cycle:
Anavar- 10mg a day split into 5mg 2x daily
Clen- 20mcg with meal 1 (2days on 1 day off)

Advance Dry Mass Cycle:
Primo- 50mg EOD
Anavar- 10mg a day split into 5mg 2x daily
Winny- 10mg a day split into 5mg 2x daily

Those are of the basics very light now let's look a some of your more indepth show type cycle's. Let me urge these are advance and hardcore basis cycles that may result in....enlarged clitoris, body/facial hair, deeper voice, mood swings, acne, and higher BP!

this wil be awesome, have a friend/personal training client of mine who wants to compete after hearing how that is my goal and now i will actually have sound advice to give her, along with the aid of GRRRL :-)
