Basic 1 Week Out Program!

Default - Use Group's defaults.

This program is your basic Novice Bodybuilder for 1 week out prep for a show this has helped a ton of my clients come in polished and placing within the top 5 everytime!

Training for this week -
Monday - Train chest, shoulders, and triceps
Tuesday - Train back and biceps
Wednesday - Circuit-train entire upper-body

Cardio for this week -
One hour of cardio on Monday through Wednesday. Thirty minutes of cardio
on Thursday. On a empty stomach!!!

Contest hints -
1. Stop tanning on Tuesday
2. Stop putting lotion on your skin on Wednesday
3. Exfoliate before you get tanned
4. Bring sheets and a pillow case
5. Bring long pants and a long shirt to sleep in once painted
6. Bring flip flops
7. Bring a pump-up band in case weights are taken backstage
8. Bring a water and a towel to have with you backstage
9. Bring something to keep you calm backstage (music, drugs, etc.)

Nutrition Program -

Monday through Wednesday -

Meal 1 - 8oz egg whites (2 whole eggs), 1/4 cup oatmeal (dry measure). You
may use cinammon and splenda for the oatmeal.
Meal 2 - 2 scoops whey isolate, 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 3 - 7oz (cooked weight) white fish, 1 cup green veggies.
Meal 4 - 2 scoops whey isolate, 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 5 - 7oz (cooked weight) white fish, 1 cup green veggies
Meal 6 - 12 egg whites

Thursday (cut out all condiments, seasoning, and drinks other than water.) -

Meal 1 - 8oz egg whites (2 whole eggs), 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2 - 2 scoops whey isolate, 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 3 - 7oz (cooked weight) white fish, 6oz sweet potato, 1 cup green
veggies.
Meal 4 - 2 scoops whey isolate, 1tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 5 - 7oz (cooked weight) red meat, 1 cup green veggies
Meal 6 - 8oz egg whites

Friday -

Meal 1 - 4oz white meat, 1 cup oatmeal (dry measure)
Meal 2 - 4oz white meat, 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 3 - 4oz (cooked weight) white fish, 6oz sweet potato
Meal 4 - 4oz white meat, 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 5 - 4oz (cooked weight) red meat, 6oz sweet potato
Meal 6 - 4oz white meat, 2tbsp natural peanutbutter (may add 6oz sweet
potato if still flat)

Saturday-
Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs, 3/4 cup oatmeal (dry measure)
Meal 2 (repeat this meal every two hours until 90 minutes before you go
onstage) - 2oz white meat, 6oz sweet potato
Thirty minutes after Meal 2, eat one rice cake with 1tbsp peanutbutter.
May repeat this several times.
Meal 3- 3oz white meat, 6oz sweet potato
Meal 4 - 4oz white meat, 2tbsp natural peanutbutter
Meal 5 - 3oz white meat, 6oz sweet potato
Meal 6 - Party Time!!!!

Water Schedule
Mon-Thurs 2 Gallons of distilled water
Friday 8oz of distilled water per meal
saturday 4oz of distilled water per meal

Not to sound like an ignorant prick but what you have on thursday and Friday for the loading phase would leave even a light weight looking flat.

Anyone that has dieted to get to this stage to be shredded requires a larger amount to fill out, your body is so depleted it sucks it all in like nothing. Even double the carbs would still not be enough for most. Just my 2 cents. I compete and have won overalls at shows

Do you suggest dropping all i jectibles one week out or just the test prop? How about using tne up until like two days pre show??

Hey Pops you have an opinion on anadrol used during the last week of prep? Heard of some big guys doing it once they are completely dry who say it really helps fill them out.

I kno bro but seeing as this is how u make your living i didnt want you to feel like i was pumping you for free info im just extremely passionate about bbing ive actually been planning to try and make a living in this industry i dunno if i have the potential to b a bber bcuz ive never had a top level guy critique my body but im thinking of getting certified as a personal trainer going back to get another degree in exercise science or opening a gym my girl sez im obsessed lol

lol...mine doesnt mind she just jokes me. i was semi-recently 230+ lbs and 35+% bf so she cant complain, think she is just worried about me obtaining monster status, which is the goal

Same situation for me bro mine is supportive until some fitness chicks wana c my abs lmao my girl is very into workin out also but shes ignorant about gear she thinks ima flip out or fall over dead or something

Yea me too but as i told u before hes had a couple fitness girls go pro naturally and trains some guys one is natural the others r enhanced but he leaves the gear regimens to us hes the shit with diet and training but i school him about how to use gear lol im definitely gonna get with you for my next prep

For sure brother im gonna plan ahead next time i got up with u this time wayyyy too late i was already almost ten weeks out but i have a big show coming in november that ill definitely need you for my coach wants me to do three shows this year but he seems to think i can win or at least place well if i do ill prolly skip the july show so i can do a bulk and a cut for november my goal is to qualify for natls within two years

Correct very early and through out the whole night you carb up on rice cakes and sweet potato and pb
