Workout routine, Need help!!
Hey there guys. I have been lurking through eroids for quite some time now and have learned so much. There is a lot more I need to learn, especially before I begin to think about using aas. I just recently have started to clean up my diet and am already losing some visceral and abdominal fat. MY Bf% is at 15/16 but im just trying to knock down a couple more percentages. Anyways, I came here for advice and input for a solid work out routine that I could use for a few weeks. I am currently just going by what i have learned in the gym over the past 2 years of lifting. I know i need to be spending more time on certain muscle groups but i am unsure on how many sets, reps, and exactly how many exercises i should be doing with each muscle/group. I am 21, been lifting for about 2 years, have been in the gym since 17 but wasnt quite serious at that time. Im 6'1 195 right now and i just want to add more muscle and weight before i dive into aas. I also know that i am a bit young for any cycle so i plan on waiting at least a full year so that I can get my training and then diet in check. Any way you could help me put together a 5/6 day a week work out plan? i would greatly appreciate it. Even if you could point me in the right direction i would appreciate that.

i work out about 4 days a week 2 leg days 2 upperbody days. sqauts and leg presses are my favorite leg. upper body i do this push pull routine it really saves my joints
and ive had great results. before i started taking aas i was benching 225 8 times
ten pull ups holding a 50 pnd dumbell. 4 or five sets of each. give it a try,, worked great 4 me, good luck
Thanks a bunch Kevin, i was looking at something like this. Ill throw together a draft and post it tomorrow. I am unsure how many exercises i should be doing on just the the chest for example. Maybe 4? I need to learn more compound lifts so I will look up some stuff and bring it back to you guys in this thread later tomorrow/tonight.
Now that kevin has provided you with a general idea. Write yourself a rough draft of what you come up with and post it. If there's anything left out of missing. I'm sure the guys here will give you advice on how to tweek it towards perfection.
I liked a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off split for a long time where u hit each bodypart once a week.
Day 1-chest
Day2-quads and calves
Day3-off
Day4-back and hamstrings
Day5-shoulders and traps
Day6-arms
Day7-off
Focus on compound lifts and make sure to throw in an isolation exercise for each bodypart.
On your big power movements like flat bench, dead lifts, and SQUATS its ok to work up to where you're only getting 6 reps at failure. Everything else, I like the 8-12 rep range. Volume will depend on how many high intensity techniques u use.
Just my opinion, hope it helps brother.

X3 looks a lot like my training split
