There is alot of strength in them pushing etc i just dont see them growing compared to arms...

Unassisted Smith front delts: 60kg 10 reps, 80kg 10 reps, 100kg 6-10reps.
Machine (pushing above head): 3x 20kg plates each side, 3 sets (slight increase on some sets.)
Cable outerhead side raises: Acceptable weight 3 sets till fail.
Dumbbell outerhead standing flys: 12kg 3 sets of 10-12 reps
front delt dumbbell raise: 10kg-12.5kg 3 sets 10-12 reps.

Between barbell n dumbbell on pushing i do switch time to time but any help on how to increase growth please let me no what i could change open to any opinions...

thanks

lot's of rear delt movements will make it appear to have thickness from the side. also with barbell and dumbbell movements bring to ear or nose level and then press short of lockout to keep tension on the shoulders the whole time. tension is key.

Well, if you're going "there", then site injected HGH will certainly make the delts pop!

I'm so tempted to try igf on my delts... I want a facking bowling ball for a delt

My buddy has been injecting the sht outa his delts 2-3 times a week in the hopes to build up scar tissue so they round off... I'm not a fan of the idea.. But extra muscle fibers in them sounds awesome >Biggrin

deads, upright rows, side raises, military press get the job done for me

lateral raises

Yes, more lateral raises. I've also gotten fond of doing one arm laterals on an incline bench sitting on my knees facing sideways. It really ties in the side and rear delt. 20lbs max for me 12-20 reps. Just be sure to not overtrain your delts, and switch up routines frequently.
