Lmao i felt like i was going to get took out for posting this but im happy everyone feeling the same, need to buy myself a few hot water bottles to get me though the winter.
edit, by the way guys heat pads work a charm on yours quads while out n about make sure you duck tape them they not very sticky after awhile
phil113kgYou know, come to think of it, you got a point. It is snowing like hell in my side of the pond and the PIP hits me hard outside in the elements. Never thought that might be the case. Good point to think about, thanks. Oh and another thing, lately the test flu has been a bitch to me as well ever since the needle dropped near freezing and below.
Haha yea and I thought my body was giving up on me... I work outside in it too ouchhhh
You learn this in cold weather training. It is because the muscles contract in order to create heat as well as a blocking defense against the external cold temperature. So imagine the area of injection being in as perpetual flexing state and then relaxing again when heated. Not a pleasant feeling.
idk if anyone else comes from up north but this shit sucks!
Yes! 100% agree.
Totally agree! Thought it was just me all this time...haha
