On Cycle- Possible overtrain?

I feel like I am living the ideal- and yet after 4-5 weeks, Just yesterday actually I definitely felt a need for a weeks rest. Sucks cause i'm currently running:

250Sust E3D and 4IU HGH ED with proviron 50mg/day. (aromisin 12.5 E3D)

Hate to take anytime off but I felt dead yesterday and today. This past week i got a bit over excited and tried throwing in some shocking principals in each workout, than did heavy dead lifts. Probably over did it.

5 minutes of unweighted ab work to warm up for each workout.
1 Power move a week (1RM for Squat, DL, Clean and press, Bench/Incline)

Day 1.
Am- Chest 15 Sets total (45min)
PM- Back 15 Sets Total (45 Min)

Day 2.
Am- Shoulders 15 Sets (40Min)
PM - Bi/Tri 24-25 Sets Total (55Min)

Day 3.
Am- 2 hr massage
PM- Legs 22-24 Sets total

Day4.
1 Hour low/moderate intensity Muy Thai Stand up training
1 Hour low/moderate intensity Grappling training

Day5.
Rest
2 Hour reflexology/Massage

Day 6.
Repeat

Looking for feedback, from my perspective I'm doing everything right - sucks to feel overtraining is possible like this. I just figured with the gear and the amount of food I'm taking in I should be recovering like freaking wolverine!

Some will always point out check your blood levels. I have heard where Aromasin makes others tired and they have to back down off of that. So your Muy Thai and grappling youre using that as your cardio I assume. Rest is always good and much appreciated as we all can attest to, I would check my bloods, ensure that Im getting enough water,and possibly even cut out the two adays implementing some cardio after the gym workout, again that's just me running off at the keyboard. What else you doing in your leisure besides also maybe working 40+ hours a week?

Yea i had blood done 2 weeks ago:
Test over 1,500+
IGF-1 370
Estrodial 82*

So I took 25mg high quality aromisin E3D for a week and dropped the India pharm stuff I was using.
Maybe I crashed it? but this week only using 12.5 E3D again.

I'm gonna test again tomorrow or next day.

I'm very fortunate with work now, just a few hours a week for the time being. That why this training schedule is seemed so ideal for me. sleep, diet, stress levels, and gear all seemed on point.

Diet - i'm taking in 5-6 meals of real food. (50-60protein/30-60 Carb/15-40Fat) /meal
2 Post work out shakes a day 50 protein 60 carbs 0 fat
1 fruit yogurt protein smoothie 50-60 protein 40-60 crab, 20fat
95% organic on the food

Goals: Putting on size and strength and increasing fitness.

Massages are not exactly deep tissue, its reflexology and long strokes for blood circulation. (curious why you would not consider massage to be more recuperative.)

Yes its possible. Keep things similar to your normal routine and add in more volume more little by little if you want to try more. A week off will help or a deload week will help tremendously.

So... Working out twice a day is ok? Is it common? I thought 2 sessions a day was a no no...
I am in no way arguing or saying that 2x day is bad or to stop... That is just interesting, the OP's workout plan looks like a killer routine. I am def taking notes!

did you do this same routine off cycle? everyone is different.. some people grow on just a few sets.. some need lots of sets.. it depends.. i feel like your current routine is ok for a few weeks or so but then i would go back to 1 muscle per week.. again, im not you though i dont know what works for you.. if you feel overtrained a week off will help you for sure and i would consider changing your routine.. if you're taking stimulants on top of this rotuine youre really killing your CNS
