NEGATIVE BICEP CURLS

ad

use a dumbell pick it up with two hands the use all your strength on the negative. you can lift 40-60 percent more on your negatives.

its by far the best thing ive added to my workout regime

Absolutely you havent truley failed the muscle until you've failed it on the negative as well :P. I like to do my sets and at the end when ive failed on my positive movement do a few negatives till ive failed there as well. This is where it helps to have a training partner.

I agree 100% doing them at the end of the workout is the best thing for you. Your arms get visibly bigger and definitly stronger every workout. If you don't have a workout partner use a dumbell and use two hands for positive movement.

I've always heard them called 21's as well but either way they are great at really blowing out your bi's at the end of your workout.

This is good thanks
Also 7's work well
DB or BB lift halfway up and down for 7 slow reps
at 7 go up and down to middle for 7
do 7 full regular reps

I always keep resistance on my lifts like 80% from top and 20% on bottom

Nothing like these thugs for a great pump (supersets r great too)

I have always heard this referred too as 21's.
