what do you guys think is the optimal length to run test prop?
personally if i'm going longer than 8-10 i'll use a long ester just so I dont have to beat up my injection sites too bad
Short ester cycle isnt really recommended in early cycle history...(IMO) get comfortable with pinning and get to know your rotation sites BEFORE you jump on a short cycle
thanks man

what kinda gains have you made so far bro? is this your first cycle?
Nasty81NateYear Round!!!!! Lol..I wish, but I just ran a "short" 4-week prop/dbol cycle with great results, and I know people that have went 12 weeks on it. It all comes down to whether you can deal with ED or EOD pinning for that length of time or not. How many injections site do you use, cause your gonna need the main 6 if your gonna go a while. I think length of time just matters with how long each person is willing to go, everybody deals with the PIP differently.
hear that bro..week 7 for me so far with test p and 500 mg test e...never used test p in a cycle before, im constanly sore from pip,,something you have to get used to ,my left delt never has pip,,but both quads and right delt still gets it wierd huh?
so do you think if you can handle it longer is more likely to be better? because i was unsure because people normally run short esters for a smaller amount of time. but i just wondered if gains really stop at that point.
tread-mThis is your first cycle, you run 12 weeks pct and down time.
you think 12 weeks would cause better gains on prop?
tread-m12 weeks as opposed to what, 10? Yes but gains are food driven the prop just sets up the environment for gains.
ok so i think im gonna try and gun for the 12 weeks. thanks bro
tread-mYup....eat big with quality and heavy on the meat. Work diet hard post cycle as well as train heavy post cycle and you will have less loss of gains.
yeah i read that longer cycles can often help you retain more of your gains
