You should try taking a calcium supplement. Doctor told me that low calcium is a huge factor when it comes to muscle cramps. Started taking the calcium supplement ab a year ago and haven't had any cramps since.
Stretching! I work 10hr shifts in a factory standing up all day. When I started going after work I'd have leg cramps 5 mins in. Started stretching for 5 mins or so before, an then some kind of warm-up an it's help me tons. I've always been terrible about stretching, but that's gonna change.
Glad I seen this post. Tomm is my leg day so I'm going give it a shot. Every now n then one of my knees hurt too. And I don't squat that extreme.
spike03zthanks yall
I used to get hamstring cramps really bad , but i started warming up a bit on more leg days by riding the bike for 10 minutes to get them loose and it made a big difference
Solid advice allday....I do the same...I still suffer from night time and early morning leg cramps but drink lots of water and electrolytes and it'll help op
