LEG CRAMPS

I always get leg cramps especially on my hamstrings and calves. i drink a gallon of water daily. my potassium is within normal range. this leg cramps has been messing up LEG DAY for me.
any suggestions on what to do

You should try taking a calcium supplement. Doctor told me that low calcium is a huge factor when it comes to muscle cramps. Started taking the calcium supplement ab a year ago and haven't had any cramps since.

Stretching! I work 10hr shifts in a factory standing up all day. When I started going after work I'd have leg cramps 5 mins in. Started stretching for 5 mins or so before, an then some kind of warm-up an it's help me tons. I've always been terrible about stretching, but that's gonna change.

Glad I seen this post. Tomm is my leg day so I'm going give it a shot. Every now n then one of my knees hurt too. And I don't squat that extreme.

I used to get hamstring cramps really bad , but i started warming up a bit on more leg days by riding the bike for 10 minutes to get them loose and it made a big difference

Solid advice allday....I do the same...I still suffer from night time and early morning leg cramps but drink lots of water and electrolytes and it'll help op
