kickboxing and gear
ad
hey guys,
i recently signed up to a kickboxing MMA gym. i get too easily demotivated doing cardio everyday and was going to hit the bags twice a week. i will continue to weight lift 3 or 4 times a week or however many times my body will allow me to, and do fasted cardio as many times as i can
however what is the best cycle to use for this type of training?
i am running test and gh.
i was thinking of adding tbol
will mast e make my muscles really hard so i cant be as flexble for throwing kicks? i noticed that on my last cycle my body really hardened up and my hips were super tight.
any feedback would be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance guys

As you have signed up to a kickboxing gym, I am presuming you will be sparring and possibly competing down the line?
If yes, you will be training with people of different weight classes, kicking and punching them after taking gear (resulting in you getting stronger). You might end up competing with people in same weight class (but with you on gear and being far superior in strength to the average joe)........
The answer to your question is none, in my opinion. Again just an opinion, but I think it's irresponsible and dangerous
Em... maybe not...
If he's on gear and is let's say for the sake of the point 185 , and he's sparring with someone who's natty 185, the natty guy will probably be much taller, longer reach, bigger bone structure, etc etc. plus if he is carrying around a lot of aas created muscle his cardio will likely suffer since he will need much more O2 to feed it.
I grapple, I'm 6 foot and my natural weight would be about 220.... but I'm usually well over 250 260... when I grapple natty guys that weight they are usually 4 or 5 inches taller and much "bigger men"... no advantage to me from gear.
Just from my personal experience.
I agree without stats, experience, proper research etc, the answer of "none" still is a good one
[1] Update your stats
[2] Provide previous cycles
[3] Stipulate your goals
[4] Provide your diet w/daily Macros broken down
I'll never understand why people ask for advice when we have no idea what their physique looks like. Or their history with gear....
