Well thx i will TRY to rest it as much as possible but smack in middle of cycle..Think i will try to get a support thing like your talking about gorillafit..Thx and no i do not want an ulcer so i lowered it a 1000mgs..
They are like $15 at the pharmacy. I have the one by ACE. Try Negative accentuated work for a lil while. Use a lil less weight but more time under stress. Its easy just take 6 seconds to lower/return the weight to the starting position. Try adding it as your last set only to start and go to failure. You'll see good gains and stress the forearm less. Good Luck!
My Naproxen prescription for "Tennis Elbow" is 375mg twice a day, along with a tennis elbow support 24 hrs a day. It helped a lot, I still put it on when I'm pulling or curling. I would lower the weight, go very strict, there are also many videos online with exercises to help. Unfortunately now both my Bicipital Tendons are acting up! My Dr says its not like I'm 20 yrs younger! WTF :-{
Rest If you're smart
P.s. that's a lot of naproxen, do you want an ulcer?
