I'm back and I need help!!!

So, first off I disappeared for a while. I still love you guys, but I'm a busy women. So here's the deal. I need help. I really would like my body to be competition ready by January. It's my goal. I don't feel I'm too far at this point. I would of course compete in the bikini division as I'm a tiny girl (go ahead and picture the mental image of Tx's huge towering body picking me up and throwing me on the bed, I knew you guys wanted to). Those of you who don't know me I'm 5'4 up to 120 from 100 at the beginning of summer. It appears to be all muscle which is f'in crazy but it's true. So, here's the deal. I went from lifting weights 4 days a week for an hour to now I'm lifting 2 days and the other 2 is this class I signed up for called athletic enhancement (basically crossfit). It throws me off. I never know what's coming and it's usually a full body work out, which I'm not used to. I have this class Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's good in the sense I'm getting some cardio in. I had cut all cardio this summer. I was down to 100lbs and, at the advice of my doctor I agreed (for those of you who don't know I got mono last spring). I'm now thinking I should maybe add in more. I don't want to over train, but this class is throwing me off. I've never done anything like it. Thoughts? Anyone? For you stat nazis I'm not sure my bodyfat as of now. I've had so many ups and downs.

i forget to tell you .in your diet drop the slow carbs and if you have money to buy 100% iso-protein is fine!

Hi !i was fitness model in my country and i was busy too.So ,bz i was succesful i will tell you my programme:
i was doing 5 trainings per week :
- i never never count sets ,i think is a big myth because you have plenty off time to rest {your muscles{.for example when i was doing back i dont remember sets maybe up to 34+ bz i play back after one week so i had 6 days rest{the back}
-bz you dont have time and you cannot cut cardio {bz u want to loose fat} i suggest you 15 min treadmil .i was doing the first 7 min {9,5km/h} after i speed up and the last 4 min i run 14,5 and up .with this way you dont catabolized your muscle bz is 15 min and bz you run until failered you used all th down part of abs and all the stabilazed muscles{you need to take good shoes}
-if you want to do 4 focus training stop to waste money and time to silly aerobics programes {bz you dont have time}
-one of your trainings must be 1 hour squat ,the king of all exercises,{buy knee wraps or sleeves ,wraps better and belt}
-if you have exept 4 days training one hour space or off of your daily general programe go to do joking 60-70min so you clean your blood and all the nutriens run better on your body{steroids also}me i was taken {i am man}10mg of winny and 30mg of var per day and i was first bz of cardio!!
-dont leave cardio!!!!
