+ 3 How I Gain Weight
I have been in control of my body since I was 18 years old. I've always had great genetics which plays a hugepart in my physique. I love lifting heavy $hit then putting it back down. I 've always proclaimed the importance of having a mind body connection which helps you to overcome all plateaus in the gym. Well of course you have to continually mix up the gym routine to make progress as well as eat eat eat if your goal is too add a few pounds and limit your eating to lose a couple pounds.
What I like to do to gain weight of course is to consume good calories, lift heavy, get plenty of rest but I like to run hard for 2 weeks implementing HIIT into my routine via the treadmill. I burn 200 calories, 5 days a week after I lift, not before so 1000 total and 2000 for the 2 weeks If I run before I don't have the energy to lift afterwards if I run after pumping its easy as crap to finish. I read also that running before eats away the muscle so that was a no brainer to stop my running before. Then I will stop running for 2 weeks or run less while still consuming a tremendous amount of calories. During the 2 weeks I run, I get tight all over, leaning out then I again reduce that after 2 weeks. During that reduce period my metabolism slows down and I eat to fulfill a purpose. I might gain 4-7 pounds , I'm might gain 10. Yes some is water weight but the majority is clean lean muscle.
I started out 185 now I'm 230 and I reached 248 about a 50 days ago by eating insane amounts if beans and cornbread on the regular alongside other delicious meals. I switched from CYP to PROP for the summer season which has helped me to really lean out.
Again, what's most important is having a plan and sticking to your plan. Just because I'm not running those 2 weeks, I still push out the reps to the maximum that my body can take ensuring that my body stays strong and muscular, heavy every thing but 've careful shoulders can get hurt easily doing certain movements. My endurance and stamina is unmatched and the results speak for themselves.
Try incorporating this ideology and see if you can gain control of your mind and physique.
