Help me please! Pec tear
hi everyone,Im 6 weeks in on a cycle. This past week I just started winstrol and i shouldve learned my lesson from the past but im an idiot.I always start to cramp and get tight.Well today i did some heavy bench and sure enough on my last set I felt my right pec like pop or something and i saw the muscle move and twitch on the way up.Now this isnt severe as there is no bruising.i can move and stretch but it hurts and its very tight.I iced it for 20 minutes and took asprin and naproxin but its still throbbing in pain.Does anyone know what I can do to speed up this healing process? Thank you

Sorry to hear man....I know how you feel as I had the same thing happen to my right pec last week. Doc said it's just a severe sptrain, maybe a partial tear.... even though it hurts like a bitch and looks really gross as far as bruising/swelling. He said..."believe my you know if it's a full tear or a rupture." I'm starting with a physical therapist tomorrow now that the swelling has gone down some and it already feels much better than it did right after the injury. Training sucks and the injury has hampered chest, shoulder and tris. Hopefully its something six weeks of rehab will take care of which beats the shit out of a year that a full tear would require.
I hope for the best in your case and I think you'll feel much better this time next week. ;)
SGZhey everyone,I dont have alot of pain but my range of motiion is very limited and my right pec to armpit to lower bicep is purple to almost black..it looks cray,im finally seeing an orthopedic tomorrow so im hoping its not an actual tear..Thank you all for your advice!
how'd it go man?
if it was a tear. youd know trust me buddy. ive seen guys tear their pec. its a really bad injury to come back from. guys are never the same
Playing rugby I see alot of popped hamstrings (myself included). Typically heavy ice on off 15min/30min for the first couple days and than light stretching a few days after. If its not a full tear you should be back in a week doing 80%. Take it slow and kill your legs and arms in the mean time. Sorry man.
Youl have to rest the muscle for a few weeks.... Its the only way it will heal.
What does your current cycle involve mate?
You can either cut your cycle short and jump into PCT... or just not train for a few weeks (keep taking gear), and extend your cycle by afew weeks.
Also, an ultrasound by your doc will tell if its a partial or full tear ect.
But rest is all you do buddy, it sux though :(
No1I doubt its a tear, if it was you would actually hear it tearing and be in alot more pain with the area bruised
