What's up everyone? This is my first time running prami. 2 nights in a row I ran .125/mg. Which in other words is like 1/8 of a mg. Which from what I have read is recommended to start. I got real sleepy but then was restless throughout the night and had trouble sleeping. The next day I feel super groggy like I took a bunch of ny quill the night before or something. Can anyone share their experience with prami or give any advice? Thank you.

First off bro. Chill. Serious.
Second. You're gonna have sides from your prami no matter what. In the beginning its gonna be the shitty sides. First 2 weeks probably. As long as you taper up slowly you'll be able to keep them to a minimum. After a while you'll most likely love prami. As I do. The only side I get is the sleepies and I love that Cuz I can't sleep for shit without some help. Benefits of prami include, murderous boners and unrelenting sex drive. As if we need any more help there. Awesome mood uplifter. And of course, no puffy droopy titties. Taper up by increasing 1/10th of a mg every 3-5 days. Sides WILL subside with time. Promise. I made the mistake once of jumping from 1/4mg straight to 1/2mg. Oh boy. No sleep. Holding back from puking for 36 hours. No appetite. Terrible. But after tapering properly I'm at .5mg nightly and love it. Good luck bro. Hit me up any time.
you should taper on it, on and off. i taper in .0625ml=.125mg intervals to avoid sides. if i go over .10ml at a time I cant handle the nausea the next day.
so here is pramipexole dosing, do each dose for 3-4 days, i do each for 3 days than go to the next dose up.
.0625ml = .125 mg
0.125ml = .25 mg
.1875ml = .375 mg
.25 ml = .50 mg
.3125ml = .625 mg
.375ml = .75mg
.4375ml = .0875mg
.50 ml = 1.0mg
