German Volume Training on CKD
ad
Would this work for a lean bulk while on cycle ?
Im on CKD already as i simply get RIPPED quite easily on it, my maintenance is 2700 so to lean bulk i will eat 2700 on non workout days and 3200 on workout days
Volume training looks very taxing, but i will be refeeding carbs to around 600grams once a week and including 2x shots of test e 250
This should work really well, for a lean bulk and even losing fat while building muscle ?

ClassyChassisHi. I see you posted this 5 weeks ago. How has it been working? My thoughts are that 600g/wk refeed is too low for a bulk. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone, and that means carbs. The reason many people get fat on bulks is because they eat too many carbs in the idea that they need to add "calories", and they don't deal with estrogen issues by using an AI. I think you'd get better results on-cycle with maybe 200g on non-workout days, 300g on days you train smaller muscle groups, and 400g on days you train back and legs. With about half of those carbs in the form of dextrose/maltodextrin during and following the workout. And 100g whey protein post-workout as well. This should be enough to keep reasonable glycogen levels in liver and muscles. On 500mg/wk TE you shouldn't get fat at all. I'd also recommend 500-600g protein/day. That's the macro you need to increase on-cycle. Just some thoughts. Of course if you are happy with the results of what you've been doing, then of course by all means continue.
As for the GVT, I think it's overkill personally. If you want to use a rest-pause system, I'd go with Dante's system AKA "Doggcrap" or "DC" training.
