AnonMake friends with the PowerRack, most people don't ever step into the rack and that's a shame. Learn how to train legs properly as you can get really hurt if you do things badly.
Step up the intensity to a level that is such you push yourself so hard that you will and do puke! After each leg workout you should feel like you got hit by a truck.
JtizzleTake the advice given here esp. by Bodybuilder.. squats , lunges and deadlifts.. Trust me at first it will suck but you will grow to love training legs as much as you fell in love with training arms back in the day bro...
nope not really.....thats some pretty good advice!!!
heavy squats,front squats,hack squats,leg press..... and dont forget the calves and hammies!!.....keep the reps low and steady....and forget the pain and the unwielding desire to quit!!!!! push through it!!!!
where can i view these individual leg work outs? would be nice to mix it up a bit and shock the muscles and keep them guessing
you should check out the blood and guts series with dorian yates he has a nice leg workout, you can watch it on youtube

im sure youtube has plenty of videos if thats what u are talking about.... have u never trained legs???
honestly not very often. ive never truly pushed them to the limit... my avatar is my upper body but my legs are terrible
Squats and lunges are the best for over all leg development. If you want those wheels to grow don't skip either of them.
how many sets? how many times a week? heavy with low reps or light with high reps?
Hard to say what is going to work for you bro, everybody is different. What I can tell you is a general rule for building muscle is 8-12 reps, as heavy as possible without losing countrol, form is everything
ill keep that in mind. so its all about form, lifting heavy, and concentration... i just have no will power for my legs, it sucks balls
You got it bro, don't get caught up in the amount of weight your pushing. You will learn to love doing legs bro, they will grow faster then any other muscle in your body.
def agree with that!!!!
AnonCannot top that experienced advice!
Thanks bro I try
ill tell him what u said lol.... he has killer legs but hes natually huge
