+ 4 found something that is working

ad

Recently I read a book by mike matthews, bigger leaner stronger. He suggested training in the 4 to 6 rep range for 3 different exercises per muscle group. Recently I read vikings post about tonnage over volume. Both vikings post and this book are spot on for me. By warming up on the first exercise correctly, 50% of 4-6 rep max twice at 12 reps, 70% for 4 reps, 90% for 1 rep, what I use at 4-6 reps really is an awesome experience. These workouts are quick and effective. Personally after hanging drywall during the day then training for an hour and a half or two hours kills me and ruins my ambition. So a quick effective session is my goal. Anyone who wants for info on this program please pm me. Leg day is BRUTAL

Bump....I wanted to start a forum on this, but I searched and figured I'd add to this...

By warming up on the first exercise correctly, 50% of 4-6 rep max twice at 12 reps, 70% for 4 reps, 90% for 1 rep

I have been using this principle and seeing marked results...I didn't know it had a name until I started reading about tonnage and volume...

I recently read that tonnage equaled 45 lifts at 92%

45 lifts at 92%...okay.. Smile
