K my question is, sara lee blueberry bagels good to eat or not?!...
It has 280 cals, 1g of fat, 54g of carbs (only 9g of sugar) and 10grams protein?.

AnonIf you need to have a bagel once in a while try a bagel store. Anything Sara Lee makes is most likely got partialy hodrogenated oils and other shit . By a dozen, pre slice them and put them in the freezer, then when you decide you want one for breakfast youve got the real deal.
Depends what ur doing... Sodium content is high. They are made w/ enriched flour, not whole grain. Meaning they will cause an insulin spike. I'd say personally..... After w/o ok, but otherwise, get whole wheat bagels, sugar free blueberry jelly u would be better off. The more stable u keep ur insulin levels the better except after w/o.
Its ok, especially bulking. You would be better off going to a bagel place and getting fresh bagels. Sara Lee has tons of preservatives and crap in it. If you go get real bagels they wont have that in them. Buy a dozen and be sure to freeze what you don't eat the day you get them. Since they don't have preservatives they will become hard very fast, next day. I love Einstein if you have that by you. They even make special bagels with extra protein in them.
