Nutrition label question.

ad

On the nutrition label for beef a serving is 4oz. But is that 4oz ground like that or 4oz after I cook it?

To answer your question; the nutrition label is for the food as packaged.
In your example, it's for 4 oz of raw ground beef.

I weigh after cooking; water and fat will cook off during the cooking.

For example:
3 oz of RAW 90% lean ground beef has 17g of protein per 3 oz.
3 oz of COOKED 90% lean ground beef has 22.19g of protein per 3 oz. (more meat being weighed)

If you weighed your 3 oz of raw meat after cooking, it'll probably weigh closer to 2.31 oz.

Greg? WTF? I was told told u got captured for illegal goat smuggling... I was worried u?

The case got thrown out...
I got caught with government goats in a "fast and furious" goat smuggling for sex operation.

Eric Holder decided to let us go. It was too close to the election to have another scandal. It hasn't been in the liberal press but 6 goats died and one border guard (wearing nothing but a pair of hello kitty panties pulled down to his knees) died with a shit eating grin on his face. They say it was a heart attack.
