+ 1 Making you chicken breast a little bit less boring

ad

I couldn't find a post on this technique on here so i might as well post it myself.
This is a technique to velvet your chicken breast and basically make it more moist and tender.
I've been using this in my meal prep for about a year now and it definitely has made it easier to eat loads of chicken breast.

This link should pretty much explain everything: https://www.kikkoman.co.uk/inspiration/a-guide-to-the-velveting-technique/

I use Shaoxing wine instead of sesame oil, you should be able to find this at any asian supermarket.
It might also be a bit of trial and error getting the ratios perfect for meal prep because the microwave tends to make the chicken a bit too wet if you overdo it.

Yes, cut everything similar sizes of course and it works great.... also reverse searing helps with larger cuts of meat if done right it keeps things nice and moist and tender
