so I was thinking the hell with this cold weather and firing the grill up.
turkey burger with pepper jack cheese, southwest sauce, tomatoe, and lettuce wrapped....what do u all think about the pepper jack...to much maybe lol

Those sound good! A local grinder shop (subs for those not in the know) makes a chicken cheese steak. Its just grilled shredded chicken on a toasted roll peppers onions mayo. Delicious!
Right up my alley minus the mayo. I only eat beef once a week these days.
