Foods to Avoid
You should avoid these 7 foods, in order of importance:
Sugar: Soft drinks, fruit juices, agave, candy, ice cream and many others.
Gluten Grains: Wheat, spelt, barley and rye. Includes breads and pastas.
Trans Fats: “Hydrogenated” or “partially hydrogenated” oils.
High Omega-6 Seed- and Vegetable Oils: Cottonseed-, soybean-, sunflower-, grapeseed-, corn-, safflower and canola oils.
Artificial Sweeteners: Aspartame, Saccharin, Sucralose, Cyclamates and Acesulfame Potassium. Use Stevia instead.
“Diet” and “Low-Fat” Products: Many dairy products, cereals, crackers, etc.
Highly Processed Foods: If it looks like it was made in a factory, don’t eat it.
You MUST read ingredients lists, even on foods labelled as “health foods.”
What do you think about this list?

“health foods”- marketing ploy. Always check the label of such products. I agree with you bro!
I'm stopping eating today and grow my own vegetables & have my own cattle & grow my own chicken, whoever copy-paste this shot, deserves an award
I agree on Aspartame and Saccharin. I don't like these at all
I'm not trying to shit on this post but it is pretty darn vague and mostly obvious. But some things like "made in a factory..." just about every damn supplement that probably 99% of the people on this site take, look like they came out of a factory. Doesn't mean you shouldn't consume them. Also, the whole gluten shit...it's crap. Nothing wrong with wheat assuming it's whole wheat/whole grain and same goes with pastas and so on. Long as it's the right type then it's fine. What you've listed is major generalization and considering the knowledge that is on this site already, I don't think you're really telling anyone anything that isn't already well-known and obvious. Again, not trying to shit on it, but I'm saying if you're gonna make a list like this, maybe go into detail as to why you feel these things are so bad and should be avoided. Just my two cents mate.
His last thread was on the fact that "there's no healthy reason to eat more than three meals a day" and that didn't go over well either lol
Haha...so basically it looks like the dude is cutting and pasting shit that sounds like some pretty vast knowledge for him, but doesn't realize that it's some pretty damn common ass knowledge. He's a real ninja, this guy ;-)
Exactly lol
well put jonny boy
gluten grains? really? tired of hearing people say that everyone should go gluten free....
Is this another copy and paste?
Protein powder definatly looks like it was made in a factory..... Obviously there are better protein sources but I wouldn't say not to eat protein powder
unreal89Its better if you mix with milk and drink it i cant imagine eating powder..
Haha yeah that would be like chewing through dog shit and sand. No wonder I've never enjoyed protein.
+1 for the solid advice unreal89....... Gonna try this mixing with milk business, see how I like it
