one thing I forgot to mention is that I have Celiac Disease and can't have anything with gluten in it. Really limits what I can eat
Hit 100-200 calories above your maintenance each day. Only keep carbs in the morning, before and after a workout and on lifting days before bed. Your lacking fat in this diet and carbs are unnecessarily high. Your also looking low on fiber, no need to constipate yourself thats never fun. This also looks like a very bleh boring diet. Get yourself on myfitness pal hit macros and enjoy yourself!
I'm trying to gain weight but nothing crazy! I'd rather gain 5-8 quality pounds and take my time with it as opposed to gaining 20 lbs of fat and bloat. Been there done that and wasn't crazy about the process of putting it on (which was fun) and then taking it off (which sucked!)
I'm trying for 3200-3500 kcal per day. Trying to keep carbs less than 200 grams and none after 1pm. Protein drinks are whey protein. You guys are absolutely right..how I wrote that out is confusing and hard to read..my bad! Body fat calculation was a total guess based on looking at pictures of others. I'm new at this and am trying to learn as much as possible! I appreciate the answers, and interest!!
Ruffly how many calories are you shooting for per day ? And +1 as fitcpl said it's nice to see this
