So I’ve been searching and maybe I’m putting in the wrong words to get a search hit. Is there any good recipes for something out there that I can make a giant pot of and eat it for lunch and dinner. I don’t care about the taste so much I just don’t eat pork. Please don’t flame me for that it’s not religious I just don’t eat it,4 too much jail and institutions growing up where they don’t serve it. So I just don’t eat it, fucks me up. Anyway ya something for bulking , giant pot of something that covers macros good. Or point me to a previous post?breakfast I do just fine on my own and my 4th and 5th and 6th meals are whatever I can figure that out myself or eat from the pot.

Mondays crockpot roast becomes Tuesdays stew, Wednesday's chili, and then Thursday's leftovers.
Squash
Egg whites, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken breast, brocolli, avacados and blueberries.
I eat these staples daily.
I do that minus the cottage cheese, little burnt out of that.... I do about a carton of eggs a day on or off a cycle.... hmmm maybe I just needed to open up and realize that maybe taste isn’t everything here, is quantity over quality

They do a 'salted version' which is really nice, but Kerrygold is still great. They are all pretty much the same thing anyway bud.
Few lbs of chicken or Turkey breast in the crockpot. Shred it up with a fork season how you like and divide it into meals

Actually I have a lot of experience in a kitchen, but I was looking for like the um that meal someone’s used and it economical for bulk batches and works good for a few days and covers carbs fats and proteins , I guess since I’m a hard gainer I can just feed bag it, maybe I should post a recipe for polish bigos? It’s a hunter type stew but it’s pork based so I grew away from it... very sour kraut based too... ya polish people like use potatoe dumplings similar to gnocchi? And then toss in kraut and me some chicken or beef polish sausage and cook it up in butter onions garlic... done, but man it’s old... I would rather just drink my meals thru a straw almost if it would taste too nasty and just drink 2 quarts of slop per meal or whatever lol maybe chili purée?

5 cans beans (I buy various ones of the Goya brand)
1 jalapeño chopped with seeds
1 white or yellow onion chopped
1 big bell pepper
2 cans of diced tomatoes
5 tablespoons Minced garlic
Salt
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Turmeric
Slow cooker on low overnight
Buy a rice cooker and cook 3-4 cups of white rice at a time
Mix chili + rice = bulk
I just add crushed tomatoes to this. Its GREAT & EASY
1 week we do this then 2nd week meatloaf
Then back to chili. +1

We call that Mississippi pot roast ? Ever hear of that? Chili to my liking with the carbs and protein and just go insane eating chili for a long cycle lol so this might sound crazy but I work a full time job and hold a part time fast food job and I can eat whatever I want all day cuz I’m a hard worker so I can smash on Wendy’s all day everyday if needed to fill calorie gaps a little trick I learned in my early twentys

Bro when I am bulking I eat 2-3 daves doubles a shift and fries and pop and lemonade, and spicy chickens I ate 6 spicy and 2 doubles and everyone at work looked at me like dude , your on steroids I can’t even eat that in a week, come in with 6 raw eggs and chocolate milk , i don’t steal I ask for everything but I destroy their food cost but I do like above and beyond for fast food for the luxury I pretty much used that as my bargaining chip when I interviewed and asked to work I said can u pay me in food? Lol

Ground turkey or ground beef, rice. Done. Don’t over complicate things. If you’re asking I assume you don’t have a lot of experience in the kitchen and this is pretty unfuckuppable.
I hate cold rice in the business I’m in I don’t have a microwave it sucks
Swap it for a couple slices of bread or rice cakes. They travel well.

In college I’d go class to class so I always had a couple pints of liquid egg whites and a pack of rice cakes if I couldn’t get to the cafeteria. Tried to alternate flavors. Gets the job done.
jayiskget a crook pot if you dont have one. recipes are endless with that. put it on the night before or in the morning and a lot of food will be waiting for you. Prep work is minimal.
Man I use to Love using the Slow cooker! I'd always make either a Chilli or Bolognaise with Steak mince, then loads of halved potatoes and corn for carbs, then the usual source and vegetables etc. Ate the stuff for days on toast or with pasta then if there was any left freeze it down into portion sized bags. Need to buy a new one again as the old one gave up the ghost LOL

Ya true, I am not as poor as I used to be so I can be a little adventurous. I’m not rich but I can do some chili, any suggestions on let’s say making it more geared towards bulk? Hmm guess I can sub out beans for high protein ones, add extra meat and extra veggies it don’t have to have like a traditional feel. My family is immigrant Polish and like polish food is good but it so bland compared to my wife’s Mexican food and stuff, I got pierogi and kopytka for days froZen but that’s mostly carbs I’ll figure this out lol

I ate 2 cans of tuna at a time for like 3 years when I was broke..but the sodium was rediculous..
What about chilli this winter, beef and beans..good protein and taste fine.
