+ 1 Country style ribs, sweet potato fries, and steamed veggies

About 2 hours before you plan to eat out your country style ribs in the crock pot on low with your choice of bbq sauce and some cinnamon & brown sugar.
Cut sweet potatoes and drizzle in liquid coconut oil or macadamia oil then sprinkle with cinnamon.
Steam your choice of veggies (I use broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and kale.
