+ 1 Type 1 Diabetic and Weight Loss.. hard work =/
Yep... as a type 1 diabetic I can tell you guys that is very hard rip out all fat that came from insulin.
On my last bulk cycle (Test E+EQ) and a not so clean diet.. I went up to 273lb (I'm 6'3" tall)... so I start to eat clean again but not seeking for a cutting diet... so I dropped to 260lb... and the last 4 weeks I have been on a very restricted diet (LCHF Low Carb High Fat).. trying to not use that much insulin and I'm now currently on 242lb.
My current diet is based on 2500kcal..
Fasting cardio everyday... workout ABCDE 5x a week with plus 30min cardio.
I've used ECA from the last 3 weeks as well and I trying clenbuterol since yesterday...
And I just want to let it very explained...
Clenbuterol is not good/made for type 1 diabetics.. it's increase your insulin resistence... an example...
my blood glucose have been always between 80-120... and with 40mcg of clenbuterol by the morning.. my blood glucose have been always 160-200...
So I'm dropping clenbuterol...
Also.. I've start some generic HGH since last week.
2ui prior fasting cardio and 2ui before bed... And I've those CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) and I don't know if I should expect some increase of blood glucose when using HGH.. but until now.. no problem using 2 to 3ui of GH... and actually.. no side effects as well.
I'm using two types of insulin.. bolus and basal (lantus and apidra)... on bulk I was way to up with both insulin.. Like lantus was 45ui by the morning + 25ui before bed.... and 12ui of apidra each meal (6 meals a day)... and now I'm taking 25ui of lantus by the morning.. plus 6 ui of apidra with my breakfast.. plus 5ui of apidra at lunch and that's it.. no more insulin until next day.. So I've improved a lot with my insulin intake.
Now I'm trying to figure out if I had to increase my carbs... my goals is drop some weight before my next cycle.. Now I'm currently probably 15-17% of BF.
Thanks

AnonI have type 1 diabetes as well, first of all congratulations for your value! My sugar is 100 times more swinging then your I would say that my range is 60-300 on 90% of the days on the rest 30-500 so congrats and I am also using this CGM that I believe are helping me.
I have been started with HGH 5 months ago and I saw incredible results. First of all type 1 diabetic usually produce less HGH than normal people because when glicemia is higher than 140 our body reduce drastically the productionof HGH and unluckly we often have high blood sugar levels. Second it helps to heel injuries that for us are so hard too heel as well as other physical issues.
I actually noticed a huge increase in my sugar levels and I went from 12 UI lantus before bed to 20 UI, despite this did not help that much because sometimes I was in danger of hypoglicemia. Anyway I notice that I needed to inject more units when eating (because the one I used were scarce) between 6 and 11 hours after injecting.
Avoid to inject HGH before bed as during nights our system produce itself the most amount of HGH so you would contrast natural production.
Hi. I'm also a T1 Diabetic. I've been doing a lot of research and you seem to be on your game with this stuff. I was diagnosed at 30 years old after suffering for 11 months with all of the symptoms. I lost a total of 32 pounds. That was 5 years ago. I've since rebuilt my body naturally but when I was 21 I did a cycle of Test E at 250mg/week for 10 weeks stacked with Winny at 50mg/EOD for like 12+ weeks. That was the only cycle I've ever done and the gains pretty much stuck with me throughout my 20's. Anyway, I'd like to chat and pick your brain. I'm considering jumping back in the game primarily with HGH. Thanks
Hey man I recommend you talking to you md/do about starting a ketogenic diet. It can potently remove the need from your insulin medications. Doctors prefer the insulin drug route because patient compliance is poor on a keto diet as you can imagine. It is not the easiest of things to do but could potentially help you out in the long run. There are no cheat days for you it's pretty much keto diet or insulin but will help with the weight loss. Like i said talk to your doctor first and access your will to not have any type of tasty carb meal before you consider my advice.
