Took bod pod body fat measurement today came out to be 13.1% and also did calipers came out to be 11.72%.
5 ft 7,184 lbs.

Depends on what you are willing to do, i mean yes it absolutely is... do you plan on using any "help" or just diet and cardio?

No1Possible yes, thats about 8-9 pounds of fat but be prepared to lose muscle on the way because you will need to diet pretty hard
