Clenbuterol dosage you find optimal

ad

Hi gentlemen. I am wondering what dosage you personally find works very well in terms of fat loss. I have seen dosages from as little as 20mcg to 200mcg plus in some cases. I have found 80 mcg to be pretty effective with little sides. 160mcg gave slightly better results however sides were much more pronounced. So yeah, just after your personal experiences with this med and dosage Smile

I gave up on Clen a long time ago. There are much better alternatives out there.

An ECA stack or albuterol.

What do use use instead of clen then mate? Would be interested to hear what works for you. I sometimes find the sides of clen a little much for the fat loss it stimulates. I have not used DNP, it worries me slightly if I'm being honest.

Diet first. If you aren't already in or approaching single digit BF there is really no need for any fat loss drugs. Once I get into single digits and I need to strip that stubborn fat away, albuterol or an ECA stack is the way to go. Sides are much less and I find either to be more effective than clen.

I agree it's fairly easy to get to sub 15% body fat with diet, training and cardio. I however find getting lower than this fairly difficult (and a long slog, diminishing returns) due to my metabolism and perhaps dedication. I lose too much muscle unless using a light dose of test and clen at 80 mcg works well. I am yet to try T3. Have you any experience or thoughts on this compound?

Say goodbye to your muscle if you start dabbling with T3. It is non-selective in the tissue it burns. Fat, muscle, whatever, it burns it all. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You can likely end up with less lean mass then when you started taking it.

Ah, in that case, I shall AVOID. Cheers dude. Makes me wonder why it is such a popular med.

Makes me wonder too. I think more people damage their metabolisms with it than with any other drug. They may be skinnier but I would be willing to bet most of them lost significant muscle mass in the process which will affect their metabolism in the long run causing them to gain fat quicker once they come off of it. Now they wonder why they seem to get fat so easily...smh

Oh. and don't forget you can screw up your thyroid too.

Yes, the thyroid hormones are not to be used irresponsibly. I wonder if there is any validity to the theory that a low dose (25mcg) could aid a cycle, in as much as increasing metabolism slightly so as to better utilise nutrients and perhaps nutrient partitioning? Thus increasing anabolism. Time for me to do some more research! Smile
