Ive had my best results with a 50p/30c/20f ratio. I also run an ECA stack that seems to work well at targeting belly fat. 6 meals a day with all my carbs consumed before 4pm if at all possible. Makwa is right on point with 2600 cals. The best thing to remember is everyones metabolism is different so dont get discouraged if it takes a couple trys at different macro ratios to pin point what works for you.
This is a fairly complex question to answer. Best place to start is with this..

To truly understand how carbs affect weight and fatloss you need to understand the glycemic index, insulin sensitivity and nutrient timing to name a few. But to get you started I would start with a macro split of 35% protein, 35% carbs and 30% fat. Based upon your current stats and your goal of losing weight that would equate to about 230g protein, 230g carbs and 85g fat. This would put you at a daily caloric intake of 2600 calories which is about 500 calories below your maintenance and should provide for about a loss of a 1lb of fat/week. Shy away from high glycemic index carbs (post workout they are ok) and never eat high glycemic carbs with saturated fat.
