sweet liquid diet you got there, no thanks.
bigzigzagHas anyone tried the anabolic diet? It's high pro, high fat and low carb with 36-48 hour blocks of high carb, high pro, high fat
Lean bulk...? What is this 500 calories total? This would be very hard to grow on.
bigzigzagWell 4cals per gram pro and carb and 9 cals per gram of fat so I think your trolling or don't know how to work a calculator.
bigzigzagThat being said it equals 3,000 cals and yes that is impossible to gain on unless your 150lbs
Hey Rawman, clue me in here- my macros are bout same as yours, total cals just under 4k daily, what kind of whey has 50g per scoop in meal one, and in meal three 2 scoops are 75g; two different brands? I'm using the bag from costco at 27g per scoop, but would switch to one more concentrated to cut down on the volume to swallow -I usually chug right from the blender-trying to get it in one gulp; heres a tip- take the regular oats dry, half fill a food processor, & let it rip for about 3-4 mins- now ya got oat powder that blends easy with the whey faster. I usually make one batch a week to scoop in the blender.
I just throw it all in the blender and blend it for 1 minute then drink works well:), also its diff protein amount due to the oats each half cup has 6g
thats a huge volume of oats in meal one. Don't forget some greens in there
Yea but due to my work my meal after that is 5 hours later so i gotta stay full. I cant even have a snack
I know how that goes
