Couple questions
ad
Ok so every cycle i have ran nolva/clomid pct. however they were all 12 week and under cycles. This time im going 18 weeks (lower dose but duration is what matters not dose), thinking this for pct..
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Aromasin: 12.5mg eod all four weeks
D-aspartic acid: all four weeks
Two questions:
** anything else i should add or change?**
would hcg blast 2-3 weeks before cycle end be beneficial if so how would i do it?
Thanks

I'm on PCT and taking prima force d-aspartic acid, and it has helped so much, I wouldn't of gone to the gym without it, about seven days in I felt fine, and while I'm not sure about what toremifen is I know Nolva which blocks estor in the chest, and helps produce LH in the testis and Clomid which blocks estro in the pituitary and helps the pituitary make LH is a proven PCT. I wouldn't take hcg on PCT it's most effective at preventing atrophy not reversing it. Aromasin is a winner for so many reasons, preventing rebound and such, try adding tribulas also.
i really like the addition of the d-aspartic acid yo, ive read that in studies its been shown to increase test levels by 40% in a month. also im absolutely with ace in that torem would be a better bet than the nolva, and also that hcg would best be run on cycle rather than as a blast at the end. its like preventing future problems rather than scrambling to fix it at the end. one last thing, if you're set on runnin nolva then i'd highly recommend dropping the dose to 20/20/10/5. its definitly not conventioal, especially with the last week being only 5mgs, but i personally only used nolva for 2 weeks at 10/5 and had no gyno or even symptoms of it after i discontinued. i get WAY too many sides from nolva and it made me feel like dog shit, plus its a known carcinogen and actually banned in california because of it. just my 2 cents man, somethin to think about
For me I would start the HCG on cycle and run it throughout 250Iu injections twice a week.

If it were me I would use toremifen instead of nolva.
