High Dose Nattokinase for Lipid Improvement
ad
I found an article linking high dose
Nattokinase to moderate lipid improvement. I’ll drop a short summary and I’ll link the article page. Hope this helps some of you.
A large study by Chen et al., published in Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine in August 2022, followed 1,062 participants aged 63–85 years for one year.
-Triglycerides (TG) fell by about 15%.
-Total cholesterol (TC) dropped by roughly 16%.
-Low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) decreased by about 18%.
-High-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) rose by nearly 16%.
Combine it with you current regimen hopefully get great effect (ezet, Reta, citrus bergamot, fish oil)
Hope this is helpful.
Good day gentleman.

-The trial was retrospective rather than randomized
-Several co-authors were affiliated with the company that produced the nattokinase used in the study
I know first hand that nattokinase can be beneficial. But doesnt move the needle as much as this study suggests. I used nattokinase powder at the therapeutic dose, 10800fu/day, for 6 months, and my lipids dropped only 4-5 points, with zero effect on hematocrit or BP.
Is it a good, safe lifestyle supplement? Sure! Is it gonna move your cholesterol levels as much as this study (marketing pitch) suggests? Doubtful.
