My new diet
Hello, after much help from Mexbolone88 and following his diet I have taken his advice and further:
My diet which he put me on consisted of a good amount of carbs/protein/fats. I did notice gains in both strength and weight. I have added to this because it seemed so efficient!
My new diet:
Meal 1:
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Egg whites (8 eggs? it's egg beaters..)
2 Scoops whey protein
1 cup Skim milk Plus, which is 0 fat, 110 cals, 11g protein, 33g carbs
2 scoops All natural PB JIF?
3 ice cubes
Meal 2:
6 oz Tilapia
1/2 cup Brown rice + olive oil + salt + pepper + garlic powder + hungarian "Vegeta"
Tilapia seasoned with creole seasoning
Meal 3:
Same as Meal 2
Meal 4:
6 oz Tilapia
Half of a cucumber, sometimes more; Skin on
Meal 5 Post-workout:
2 Scoops whey protein
1 Scoop 50g Poly-saccharide Karbolyne carbohydrates.
Non-workout days:
A thrown in Meal 5 without the carbohydrates/Karbolyne
Meal 6 Before bed roughly 10pm:
1 scoop protein
4 oz Tilapia
1 cup Greek Yogurt black cherry flavor (Sorry, I can't handle plain... YUK)
In between those meals, I throw in a can of tuna, a few slices of whole wheat bread with some butter, and maybe a turkey/muenster cheese sandwich with light mayo and mustard with whole wheat bread. The sandwich is ALWAYS at night if it does happen.
I also drink a full throttle each day, which I'd say is 200 calories? Obviously not carb-friendly.
I also munch on possibly a slice of roast beef or two, or a turkey and wheat only sandwich at work. I manage a deli and a bakery so I'm at the least staying away from free cake! Or fried foods.. They call my name every damn day.
My cycle is my first and consists of a stupid idea which I shouldn't have gotten myself into:
Test E 600mg/week
Deca 300mg/week
Obviously Caber and Adex. Only taken when needed.
On Mexbolone88's diet I have gained roughly 6 lbs in 2-3 weeks. I have also been complemented on a smaller midsection, which I cannot see but regardless.
Any input is appreciated!

Ur pre workout is missing ur energy source bro:-( Zero complex carbs means flat routine in the gym. U want a long lasting complex carb like yams or sweet potatoes. Whole wheat pasts is great post workout as well. Also the more protein that comes from natural sources like fish chicken steak is preferred over whey. Drop the mayo completely too. That's shit is poison. Mustard is plenty of flavor. It's not beautiful but not horrible either. Actually I like that ur honest. I believe this diet is really ur over some of the copy n past diets u see a lot of. Pm me if u want. U need some superfoods in here bro.
I try to cut complex carbs after 12-2pm, but I will definitely throw in some whole wheat pasta post workout, it's actually my favorite. So I should add in one more meal of just chicken/fish/steak? I'll do that.
Mayo is that bad? lol.
Thank you for the reply, I will PM you later. I'd love to hear some super foods. Also, honesty is definitely what's needed to see what's good and what's bad.
breakingfaceDiet looks solid. By running test and deca first cycle you will be losing valuable information concerning the side effects of each compound. It's essential to add one at a time in order to properly diagnose and treat each side effect.
