I'm working out 6 days a week. So I stay on this for the most part. If I deviate, its a meal I go out to eat. Big meal with anything and everything I want.

Im currently 200lbs or so. What are you thinking I can do to adjust or make this diet better/easier/more optimal for me to put on the muscle?

You understand when you're trying to grow, more rest days are better? I mean eBay doran necessarily apply for everyone but for most who grow. They typically train 4-5 says weekly.

As Flash mentioned you missing out on some easy / good food, Vitamins, Carbs, etc.
Plus the last thing you want to do is burn your self out eating the same meals day in and day out.
You'll end up hating the kitchen, even more then you do now.
Eating is a chore and takes more dedication then lifting iron . To me i'd rather be working out then eating any day of the week.

Are you looking to bulk or just maintaining ?

Yes, trying to bulk. Gain muscle. 7lbs up since I started this diet. 207 from just around 198 starting out. My body just loves me way more. Strength is great. Doin't feel bloated. Getting in my gallon everyday. Feeling good.

is this your whole diet mate? your missing a lot of food groups, you need more vegetables, fruits and dairy for a start, you cant rely on vitamins to do everything.

bigguy11's picture

I actually dont rely on vitamins. I dont take a multivitamin. Where would you recommend I add in fruits and veggies? Already taking in 9 cups of spinach throughout the day.

everywhere bro, fruits and veggies are just as important as meats, there so many vegetables you can add, all throughout the day, add a banana with your breakfast, carrots, zuchinni, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, cauliflour ,green beans, potatos, apples, oranges, mandarins, brussel sprouts the list goes on, you got to get your aminos and vitamins mate, are you trying to gain weight? you also need milk and dairy for your calcium etc etc
