Whats going on guys? Im currently in a PCT at the moment, and wondering if my diet could have anything to do to optimize my PCT or if their is something I should specifically do in PCT with my diet?
What are your experiences with diet and PCT and what do you recommend?

So far so good guys. PCT must be going good. I have wood all day and my sex drive hasn't gone anywhere. I feel amazing! My appetite is high, if not higher. My weight hasnt changed. I hope everything is coming back the way it's suppose to.. Only a couple weeks in but I havent missed a beat with anything

U need the female hormone panel
Well thats a huge help to my start. Thanks for looking out rolltide.
Finish your pct u only have a week left right. Then get bloods to bad u don't have blood work from before u start so we had a baseline
You know, I'm very new to this community. I've never really looked into the "proper" information regarding AAS. This site has me re evaluating EVERYTHINGGG.. From here on out, I wont be doing any AAS without having it approved by board members.. No sense in following what the "Ifbb pros" say on the various other forums.. You guys actually have reasoning behind the theories..
While running a cycle, when would I typically do bloods? Before? Mid? After? And is this something I need to do everytime I cycle?
Say I run a similar cycle way down the road to something I ran in the past, and I have an idea where my bloods would be from a previous cycles bloods, should I follow the same protocol or get bloods EVERY CYCLE and go off of current?
Every cycle your body is always changing. Say u run another 12 week test e u want bloods before u start. Use this as a baseline. Then roughly week 6 as that's the time test e is fully kicked in this is used to help u dial in any estrogen issues and to make sure there are no other issues that have risen. Then after your pct to see if your body has fully recovered and what steps are needed if any. But beware running long cycles like u have been can really be hard to bounce back from. So before u ever even think bout running another cycle we need to make sure u are fully healthy and recover. The standard protocol we use here is time on cycle plus pct equals time off so u have a long time before your body will be ready to cycle again
Exactly I'll be chilling for about a year which is great. Was getting tired of the jabs. And it's nice being a lighter and just as strong.
I would stay away from HCG during PCT and also make sure you're eating enough calories. You never want to try to cut during pct or after. I like to go on a high protein with fruit type of diet during pct.. Paleo I guess or similar and it's worked well for me.
My Clomid and HCG therapy did everything I wanted it to do and a lottttt more.. I still have another week of clomid at a lower dose.. The weird thing is, when I started my PCT, my appetite has been getting larger and larger by the day.. Its like I cant stop eating! And my sex drive hasnt missed a beat..
Why no to the HCG during PCT?
Stats and cycle history
5'9" 195 10%. 2 - 12 week test cycles at 500.. Kickstarted both with different orals.. First run was dbol at 50mg, second cycle I tried anadrol at 50mg.. 1 - 20 week cycle with test at 750 and eq at 400.. This last cycle I did a 7-8 month of a low dose of test while recovering from an amputated limb and a bunch of pins and shit. Started the rehab and got on 400mg of test the first 4 months and 200mg the last 3.. I made a speedy recovery and still have lots to go with my recovery.. Im back on my feet and walking, lifting, jogging.. Just not at optimal.. So this last one was the longest I've ran a compound, mainly to increase the recovery rate.. In my pct right now, and I must say something is working whatever it is I'm doing.. I'm looking to optimize my diet to just overdrive my body with everything it needs to recover..
Thoughts?
So u are trying to recover from a eight Month cycle right now? Did u get blood work at anytime ?
Thats the goal. I have not gotten bloodwork done. I posted something a few weeks back trying to get some information and wasn't able to attain. I'd like to get bloods done, Im just not covered by insurance and I'm not really sure where to get blood done? I've always had a doctor that gave me a hard time about getting bloods because he always looked at me and said I was healthy and didn't need them. Then he would question me about everything, yatta yatta.. I've never seeked out a company that does bloodwork? SO I'm a little confused as to what I need to do.
Do u live in the states if u do there are labs that do blood work and send the info to u. It's like 60 bucks edit posted link up top for u brother
