I call it.. The Bruce Lee shake

ad

What you need :
2 eggs
Peanut butter
1.5-2 cups milk
2 scoops protein
1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
Blender

Pour the milk in the blender, I use 1%, then add the oatmeal so it covers the surface of the milk, now crack the eggs so that they plop thru the oatmeal surface, (for some reason it blends better this way) now blend for a few seconds just to mix it up a bit then add the peanut butter protein slowly as the blenders still on, once everything's in crank it up to really shred the oatmeal up.. Then enjoy !!

I usually drink 45min before the gym for energy or make for breakfast if I don't have time to cook

I like to use this as my AM preworkout shake

1.5c oats
2 bananas
1 scoop protein (vanilla)
1/2 carton of egg whites
1 cup frozen berries
Usually 1/2 milk 1/2 water as I am slightly lactose intolerant. Add water/milk to desired consistency. Its usually a pretty tall glass or really thick shake depending on liquid input.

If its not preworkout I drop .5c oats and add 2tbsp PB or almond butter and drop the whey and do a full carton of egg whites.

That sounds tasty with the berries. I just started buying more egg whites cuz I started drinking them right from the carton. And two bananas would put me over the top and prolly make me sick lol I remember when I first started making this shake I used 1 full banana in the shake and went right to the gym and ended up walking on the treadmill until my stomach settled lol

My go to shake is-
1/2- 1 cup oats
1 banana
2 scoops choc protein
Big spoon of natural peanut butter
Water or milk
Solid post workout

Let the oats soak for 20 min in blender and it blends smoother.

Ya i use chocolate Carnivore protein but i've never let the oats soak lol usually cuz i make it when i'm in a hurry, plus i like the uncooked oats texture it gives the shake.. I used to do a banana also but it was too much and would hit the stomach too hard

Ya, just only do it when they're still fresh, I use a carton in a couple days between that shake and other stuff, you don't wanna do it towards the end of the Best By date or else you're kinda takin a chance at salmonella or something. You don't want that haha
