I would put together more meals then 7 try to get around 21 atleast 30 is best then you can switch up instead of eating all the same food day in and day out. If you can eat the same 7 meals your stronger than I am. I prep my food but I have a wide variety to choose from prepped. Then I also have meals unprepared just to cook on the fly to switch up from the norm. Those are a solid 7 meals i would put together more.
Tuna, eggs, peanut butter, beef chicken turkey, fish. So many different choices I think it would be easier for you.

Good luck and good gains brother

thanks for the tips, i chose this just because its easier to prep the same foods a few days in advanced and on somewhat of a tight budget. i can add in some hardboiled eggs with each meal or in between meals. ill probably switch chicken with turkey here and there.

I do the same thing, bro. It's easier to make a fair quantity of the same types of foods, even if gets somewhat monotonous over time. But, that's a strength most people don't have -- the ability to recognize that food is just a tool and to not give in to the cravings. And yes, it's also good for when you are on a tight budget. LOL!

I would take out all that milk and add in whole eggs. Also lots of sugar in milk.

perhaps, i just like washing down meals with milk, which i could use water and make up some hard boiled eggs in placement. thanks

What are your maintenance calories? This is what I need to bulk and this might not be enough for you. I would look into more variety for meals too, as this might get old. You have avocados, peanut butter, steak, fish, whole grain breads, nuts, rices, quinoa, olive and coconut oil for cooking, canned tuna and mackerel, green veggies for fiber and vitamins, oranges and pineapples( vit c and bromelain). I bring a tub of teriyaki or honey mustard chicken tenders to work and multigrain bread. Whenever I get 5 extra minutes I run back to the break room and smash down 8-10 oz tenders and a piece of bread. Watch your saturated fats with that whole milk. Good luck with your bulk.

thanks for tips, i do have olive oil i use to cook with. like i mentioned in another reply, its easier for me to eat similar things day in and out mostly due to somewhat tight budget.
i believe my maintenance calories are 2758-3349.

Hey if eating the same thing worse for you than roll with it. I hate eating the same food over and just can't do it. I would definitely figure out my maintenance calories that's a big range, then 500 to 700 more.

Are you sure these macros are right? There's a chance I'm wrong but that sounds like a whole lot more than 118 g of fat......

Aren't you kind of young for the juice? You're stats show you are only 25.
