Have to break that down into macros and cals for me so I can get a feel for what you are eating and if it fits in with what you are trying to do. Hope you don't eat the same thing every day. I'd go bonkers.

Calories: About 3300
Protein: 272g
Carbs: 389g
Fats: didnt bother

If you are bulking, you are a pretty light on cals. You probably aren't even hitting your TDEE based upon your stats. You should be upwards of 4K cals if your stats are correct and trying to bulk.

revamped and here is what i got now.
Calories/Fats/Carbs/Protein

Here you have it, two guys suggesting the same thing.
If you won't listen to me, then do yourself the favour and at least listen to makwa ;-)

I would shoot for protein around 1.5g/lb of bodyweight and put the extra cals from the protein into carbs.

Okay, I'm gonna stop now Makwa^^

If you don't eat such high protein out of satiation or because you like it that much, I'd lower your protein intake by a great amount and increase your carbs.

There's no real benefit of consuming large amounts of protein compared to a moderate amount. Especially when bulking, you don't need that much.

If you still want to keep your fats in that range and protein not too low, I'd recommend smt. like this:

P/C/F->250/480/150

Panzer1488's picture

Ill try to gear down.
The above included a bit much meat actually, 1lb steak and 1 lb chicken a day, probably couldnt even fork it down, so probably half those portions will drop to 250g
thanks

Well, I like to eat a bit more protein as well, but not because of protein as a macro but because of the food constellation itself. Still I just end at around 200-250gr. That's why I asked if the high protein is because you simply like the foods coming with if.

With 11% BF you got a pretty good base to start bulking and your insulin sensitivity is most likely pretty good, Ie. you'll probably benefit a lot of higher carb intake. Of course, can't tell it for sure but it's most often like this.

Panzer1488's picture

Yeah i like to eat steaks, chicken or turkey more so than rice and carb loaded foods. But this can be fixed with just a little less meat, 2lbs a day seems too much i dont know what i was planning for!

Panzer1488's picture

Ill get this into check, and of course if I keep the same general plan, the carbs and proteins will be more than above as well, but more the marrier I suppose

Fats: didnt bother

Lol, fat has the highest caloric density....you said you gonna figure it out when your home. What's your fat intake like?
