Vitamin B's

ad

I think this is considered a supplement and that I'm posting in the right category lol

I've read a lot about about Vitamin B12, but I was wondering about B6 & B1 as well. They all serve a slightly different purpose.

What would you guys think about doing injections 2x a week. B12, B6 then B12, B1, then B12, B6 and so on? Would that be beneficial or should I just stick to straight B12 injections? I'm about to place an order and wanted someone input beforehand. I'm gonna be doing everything I can while off cycle to maintain my gains...Whatcha think guys?

If you are B12 deficient then by all means get some but other then that you are just wasting money and like
yellow piss. Seriously if you are eating right you wont need the B12 as a lot of foods come with it. Here is a link to all the foods that carry more then enough B12 then your body can handle. Also in the article is another point; your body will store B12 for up to a year in case you do become deficient by not taking it in enough but trust me, that would be only if you starve yourself.

Easy answer, eat more shellfish and also take a B complex vitamin supp. I take one every day myself and love seafood so my freezer/cupboard has a ton of it.
