Vitamin B's
ad
I think this is considered a supplement and that I'm posting in the right category lol
I've read a lot about about Vitamin B12, but I was wondering about B6 & B1 as well. They all serve a slightly different purpose.
What would you guys think about doing injections 2x a week. B12, B6 then B12, B1, then B12, B6 and so on? Would that be beneficial or should I just stick to straight B12 injections? I'm about to place an order and wanted someone input beforehand. I'm gonna be doing everything I can while off cycle to maintain my gains...Whatcha think guys?

RustyhookerI'd skip injections. Good brand of B and C.. They work together. I use B Stress tabs. Or mega b vit. High levels of b6 cause permanent nerve damage. So tjose fighting prolactin...smarten up with real caber

If you are B12 deficient then by all means get some but other then that you are just wasting money and like
yellow piss. Seriously if you are eating right you wont need the B12 as a lot of foods come with it. Here is a link to all the foods that carry more then enough B12 then your body can handle. Also in the article is another point; your body will store B12 for up to a year in case you do become deficient by not taking it in enough but trust me, that would be only if you starve yourself.

Obama BlowsI was referring to this:
"Vitamin B12 works by providing vitamins to the body to help meet nutritional requirements. Those with more demanding physical activity schedule may find that additional vitamin supplementation is required to meet their body's demands for absorbing vitamins and nutrients."
"Vitamin B6 works by providing an essential vitamin to the body to help meet nutritional requirements. Those with more demanding physical activity schedule may find that additional vitamin supplementation is required to meet their body's demands for absorbing vitamins and nutrients. B6 is essential for providing nutrients to muscles fatigued and broken down through exercise."
"Vitamin B1, or thiamin, is an important coenzyme that helps the body convert food into energy. It also assists in manufacturing fat and metabolizing protein. Thiamin is necessary to maintain normal function in the nervous system. Thiamin plays a part in the chain of reactions that provides energy for the body. It is thought to be beneficial for people suffering from Alzheimer's disease and older adults with mental impairment. It may also improve the mental function of epilepsy sufferers who take the drug phenytoin."
Those of us who workout a lot should need significantly more than normal...
Easy answer, eat more shellfish and also take a B complex vitamin supp. I take one every day myself and love seafood so my freezer/cupboard has a ton of it.
Obama BlowsI don't eat ANY seafood! Can't do it. B complex supps are good, but they're absorbed much better via injection than taken orally.
However, I have decided to remove the B1 from it
you trolling me bro? j/k eat more liver then.
