+ 1 Supplements that have really made a difference.

ad

I think it’s hard to fully trust supplement companies and their promises to cure all or fix all but I’ve had about 6 surgeries in the past year and these supplements have really made a difference for me. Feel free to add supplements to the list that have helped you or that you believe in.

Sports research c3- turmeric curcummin with black pepper and coconut oil. This one is definitely worth the money I take 3 at night after my last meal. The coconut oil helps your body absorb it better. Don’t look for a cheaper version I promise this one is top notch. They usually send a free bottle with every order.

Cissus quadrangularis- promotes bone and joint health helps lower cortisol levels. Definitely notice a difference when I lay down at night. No more shoulder pain.

Gundry md pro men forta men. This is a fancy version saw palmetto. On cycle I notice a huge difference with my prostate.

Genius caffeine. These are amazing time release pills that give you a good clean boost of energy with no crash or jitters. These will easily replace energy drinks or that need for a late cup of coffee.

Genius consciousness- this is a super nootropic that gives me an amazing focus and energy ran alongside the caffeine. I usually use this before a long day at work or an intense workout. Genius supplements have really proven nothing but quality to me.

Gundry md lectin sheild. I use to have the worst gas due to high protein diet. It would piss the old lady off and would be bad some nights at the gym I’d have a hard time holding back. This pretty much cured it and my gut seems to be doing better.

Honestly these supplements have really helped me live a less painful and less tired life trying to juggle long ass days at work and still having energy to hit the gym hard and get shit done around the house. Hopefully this helps. I usually order most of these on amazon.

I was going to add this preworkout to the list I make because I can’t take the standard ones they make me way to jittery. I use bulk supplements and Mix my own creatine, beta alanine and 1stphorm opti greens. I’ll usually toss it all with blue berries in a blender. Thanks for adding Makwa always appreciate your advice. Anything else you take daily that you’ve noticed improvement let us know!

I'm glad you found some sups that work for you! I take a huge array of antioxidants and vitamins as well as cuccumin, collagen and on and on. Over the years I believe they have helped. Sometimes we can't always judge supplements in the short term. + For the time you put into this.

Thanks man. It’s nice to find some that work and are worth the money. I use collagen as well it’s a nice addition to the coffee with a hit of protein. The bad supplement companies almost made me not trust any for a while but it pays to do some research.

Genius has an insanely good line of supplements, I've used their caffiene free preworkout, mushroom blend and BCAAs.

I use ashwaganda KSM66 for neurotransmitter health alongside Theanine. Mostly use it for my GABA receptors and some serotonin and dopamine but for adrenal health as well as cortisol relief, It helps the anxiety so much, started when i was on tren and it helped so much I kept using them.

Yeah genius is quality. I will have to look into that man sounds nice thanks for adding that. I might have a Tren cycle in the future so I’ll add it to my list.
