supplements that actually work
Ok I'm still relatively new to the site but I've been working out for 26 years. During this time i have tried a lot of different supplements. I just want to pass on the ones I feel actually work. I'll start off with protein powders. I never liked whey protein because I feel it didn't do shit for me. I primarily use lean red meat for my protein source because my body reacts to it better than anything else therefore my favorite protein powder on the market is Paleo by MHP. My second favorite is Carnivor by Musclmeds. Maybe I'm crazy but I swear I can feel the stuff working an hour after i drink it. I'm also a fan of BCAAs. I use Extends or Modern bcaas. I only drink it pre and during workouts for added strength and recovery. The last supolement that I will actually spend my hard earned money on is Kre-alkoline with M4 being my favorite brand. I've actually noticed a strength increase when using the stuff and I'll drink it with my pre workout amino drink. Besides these three I haven't found any others worth wasting my money on. I drink coffee for my pre workout , I don't need anything else. This is just what I've discovered works on me and I thought I would share it. If anyone else has a positive experience with something I'd love to hear about it.

Coffee is good at 7am however pre workout energy ur better to get your hands on some helios
Helios?
I too only drink coffee as my pre workout.
Use what works for you. If you see a difference,,thats the main thing.
I have some more protein shakes and liquids which helps you to get more fit and smart. Some more products are also launched. My advice is to use this if you didn't used it before. You may also order it from my website:

your tossing money out the window with the extra bcaa's your buying, its already a part of the carnivore protein you buy and also if you are eating chicken and beef you dont need it in my opinion. always read the ingredients, for example, N.O. Fury, main ingredient is l-arginine. You can buy 1k capsules at 60 caps for 3.00 at wallymart. Best supplements are solid food and 1 multivitamin a day, the rest are fillers. This is just my opinion because on days i dont eat fish I take fish oil pills.
That's great advice. And i agree %100 with the best supplements being whole foods. Thanks for your input.
Indeed, you can get 100% of what you need by eating 6 times a day, although some supplements are needed for example beta alanine.
Protein powders aren't necessary at all but maaan.... They are so good!!
And you forgot creatine brother.. In my opinion a good multi and creatine is all you need. Betaine would also be a nice addition.
Thanks for your input. I did forget to add a good multi but kre-alkalyn is a ph balanced form of creatine. 1 gram of kre-alkalyn equals 10 grams of creatine monohydrate. Its a solid product imho....
I like animal products. I have used animal nitro with great success
Besides that I say any from brand names
I've taken their multi before and liked it.
