I make my own using Beverly International Muscle Provider and yogurt.
WithdrawlI actually love the stuff. can't eat too much though or it'll clog up your insides, lol. I'm talking about the MHP Power Pack Pudding by the way. Chocolate is my fav.
Make your own with plain greek yogurt, unflavored whey protein and some instant pudding mix, add your favorite fruit and some walnuts ..... your all set ;-) My fav is pistachio with pineapple... yum!
