+ 1 joint pain - glucosamine?
ad
It seems im falling apart in my old age (30)! I have a few old injuries from moto x and one from a skateboard incident but am also finding im getting new aches and pains in my knees, elbows etc by the day.
Just wondering if anyone can recommend anything other than glucosamine as I've ordered some 300mg sulphate tablets from holland and barrat but they are not cheap. I did however see some dirt cheap tablets at 1500mg on ebay claiming to be glucosamine sulphate - think they would be ok?

No doubt fish oil.
Fish oil. 6g/d.
Get a proper bioavailable curcumin. It will change your life. It's the only thing that effectively reduces joint pain and inflammation for me plus has a wide range of other benefits - powerful antioxidant, even reverses Alzheimer's in high doses. I use Meriva - it's a patented bioavailable formula. Regular curcumin is crap and can't be absorbed properly so do a little research about biovailable curcumin.
Super cissus rx at 150-200% the recommended dose, more if it's really bad
Joint juice is good. Fish oil will help some as well. TB-500 will help line up joints also.
