There are several supplement warehouse internet stores that you can buy it from. There are several companies that copied it and it's essentially the same stuff. Just do some searching, because I see it offered all the time.

There was/is a preworkout called Hyde that was pretty similar, I think it may have recently been banned and reformulated but it's worth a shot. I took it a few times and it was pretty crazy.

That is personal preference. Do some research, the beauty of buying the stuff yourself is you can experiment. Don't go to crazy though that stuff is pretty nuts. For me anyways.

We used to do preworkout coffee shots in the joint. 3-4 tbsp of instant with a shot of water and sweetener to take the edge off. Then slam it 20 min before the workout. Beast mode for real
