If you buying it in raw powder form you could always capsule it up to avoid any odd tastes.

I take it pill form so it doesn't bother me. I heard it helps lower liver fat.. I was more focused on the lipid and glucose metabolism. Also has good heart and artery benefits.

I buy it in powder form. It tastes nasty but I mix it with my protein and or carb shakes.

I’ve used it, but I didn’t know it has liver benefits. I have a bottle of tablets where you’re supposed to take 3 a day for 3000 mg. It needs to be refrigerated after opening. Grown in Hawaii without pesticides or herbicides. It tastes really green, but you just swallow it obviously so the taste is minimal. I’m taking 3 right now. Had forgotten about them. Thanks for posting this, I hadn’t heard all those benefits from it. You’ve inspired me to take it anyway, rather than just sit in my fridge for the last 7 months. I think everyone can benefit from the things you mentioned. Don’t know if the tablets are as good as eating it, probably not, but I’ll go through the whole bottle which is a 4 month supply and see if I can notice a difference
